Dr. Khoo’s research investigates the understandings and practices that users bring to their interactions with information systems, with a focus on educational technologies and digital libraries.

Dr. Abels’ primary research interests focus on access in electronic environments and information seeking behaviors. Her major teaching areas are electronic resources, business information and digital reference.

Dr. Xia Lin is Professor at the iSchool at Drexel teaching and conducting research on digital libraries, information organization, and information visualization.

Diana Massam is a Senior Development Officer at  Mimas, the UK National Data Centre at the University of Manchester, delivering new and existing services for libraries, researchers and end users.  Her areas of expertise include stakeholder management, service management and monitoring, teaching and training, marketing and project management. 

Hilary Jones (Metadata Officer)

Hilary Jones is a Development Officer at Mimas, the UK National Data Centre at the University of Manchester, delivering new and existing services for libraries, researchers and end users. Her areas of expertise include managing library and information services, co-ordinating and devising custom library management systems, devising metadata standards and project management.

Douglas Tudhope is Professor in the Faculty of Advanced Technology, University of Glamorgan and leads the Hypermedia Research Unit. His main current research interests are the intersecting areas of information science, digital libraries and hypermedia and the semantic web. He co-authored the 2006 JISC State of the Art Review on Terminology Services and Technology and The JISC Terminology Registry Scoping Study.
